Clothes that end up in landfill are a waste of resources and pollute the planet. Today, less than 1% of the materials used to make clothes get recycled each year.
We have been offering a Garment Collecting service in all our stores worldwide since 2013. When you hand in a bag of unwanted clothes, you will be given an optional voucher to use towards your next purchase. All profits generated through the Garment Collecting service are donated to charity or invested in material innovation.
We accept garments and textiles by any brand in any condition. They are processed by our partner I:CO who ensure that all clothes are either re-worn, reused or recycled with 0% going to landfill.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
We are present in 23 cities across India, see list below, simply step-in to your nearest H&M store and drop your bag of old garments in our GARMENT COLLECTION BOX.

You could also collect all old garment from your colleagues in a common place of your choice and then collectively drop it your nearest H&M store in one go. Family and friends are also encouraged to participate and contribute.
